HELP DESK IT - Internship MINT is a high-growth Mad-Tech SaaS company based in Milan, Italy with operations across Europe, Latin America, and the UK. Our platform provides advertisers with a tool to manage all media investments across various AdTech and media platforms within a single solution and with a multichannel perspective. The role In support of the IT Manager, we are recruiting for a highly motivated and proactive Help desk IT Intern, passionate about everything IT. With the help of your team, you will provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems, answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. An excellent IT Support must be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. You will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced and international environment. What you’ll learn to do Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Help staff and clients, either face-to-face or over the phone, setting up systems or resolve issues Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Replace parts as required Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system Support the roll-out of new applications Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers Test and evaluate new technology Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment. This role will be a great fit if You are eager to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English knowledge is a must. Good interpersonal skills. Previous experience in database programming and software installation. Attention to detail. Good problem-solving skills. Being a Perito Informatico or a Computer Science graduate is a strong plus.
